Reporting to the Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations, the Public Relations Specialist plans and coordinates communications campaigns, programs and materials to address specific internal business objectives.
This individual will be the primary contact for internal and external communications clients regarding all PR efforts and initiatives, such as the creation and production of corporate publications. The successful incumbent will interact with internal clients in order to represent the business externally.
-· Facilitating the development of public relations projects for the internal and external business structure
-· Communication representative for all public relations initiatives
-· Involvement in facilitating public relations projects for the overall business at large
-· Supporting the Vice President of Communications, generate product and company press releases, execute approval process and distribute to appropriate media outlets
-· Coordinate, support and execute publicity and public relations events
-· Create and maintain external company executive presentations and materials
-· Maintain relations with editors , customer PR representatives and external agencies to increase market awareness
-· Provide content to web master to update company website to match company image and for updating product enhancements and press releases
Ideal candidate must be outgoing, well organized, experienced with marketing campaigns and working with the media press. Travel may be required.

-· Successful experience of communicating with engineers and sales representatives
-· High level of communication skills, both written and oral
-· Significant media relationships
-· Technically proficient to set up, configure and demonstrate product after minimal training
