Must Have Skills: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with Financial Data systems required. Four years of progressive, related IT experience systems required. Experience in the health care field/managed care environment preferred. Working knowledge of some or all of the following: Java, JSP, SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Business Objects, Impromptu, HTML tools, Linux and Windows environments. Lawson and Hyperion knowledge a plus.
Education: Associate Degree

JOB SUMMARY:
Studies, analyzes, designs, programs, tests, documents, and implements approved systems used by the organization. Normally works with minimal supervision. May guide other Analysts in the completion of projects. Designs, tests, documents, and implements systems. Solicits approval. Conducts studies aimed at improving current information systems; analyzes symptoms and problems and develops solutions. Participates in the analytical and design procedures involved with major systems. Maintains knowledge, both analytical and technical, of state-of-the-art techniques. Plans cross-functional projects effectively. Assumes responsibility for special projects as requested. Interacts with business users to diagnose problems, clarify requirements, and advise on system use. Confers with manager on problems and symptoms. May serve as a resource to System Analysts and other IT Analysts on specific projects.
