March 2009 – Present:
• ThruPoint Inc. for IT Consulting
Working in Alinma Bank Network Operation Center, NOC, as a Network Consultant to provide the following:
o Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, IP Telephony devices and Wireless networks.
o Provide advice on new network technologies and troubleshooting skills to other specialists.
o Design Backup, Software lunch and downtime plans.
o Provide low level network design based on provided architecture.
o Show initiative in continual improvement of practices and operations.
o Act as technical advisor to junior staff, management and architecture teams.
o Mentor junior staff members to improve team technical skills.
o Ensure that projects meet their client SLAs.
January 2008 – February 2009:
• Cisco Systems Inc.
o Joined the Global Talented Acceleration Program (GTAP) for Associated Network Consulting Engineer (aNCE) in Jordan.
o Toke more than 20 courses and bootcamps in technical and managerial skills.
o Worked in India as a TAC (Technical Assistance Center) Engineer for two months.
o Graduated from the program in January 2009.
