Execution of effective candidate generation, interview management processes, and on-boarding. Provide input to the HR Leadership Team to support the development and implementation of ancillary talent acquisition programs including, but not limited to, college recruitment, systems and technologies, employment branding, diversity initiatives, colleague referral program, performance reporting and budgeting.

Support strategic, ‘Best Practice’ programs. Contribute to overall recruitment strategy encompassing all aspects of the hiring cycle to meet the long term needs of the business.

A champion of change and possibilities in motivating and leading the Talent Acquisition team. Evaluates status quo and constructs creative alternatives to overcome hurdles to success. Keeps current with industry best practices with a ‘process improvement’ approach.

OBJECTIVE
To serve within a senior management level position for a fast-paced, growth driven environment where my abilities to identify business and departmental needs coupled with my expertise in full-life cycle methodologies and creative best practice approaches to sourcing and pipeline development will help the company attract and retain top talent.
