TruePosition Account Team Lead
TruePosition is the world's largest company solely dedicated to the development and deployment of (Cingular and T-Mobile) E911 location infrastructure for the emergency services.
I was in charge of every aspect of the account; including delivery, retention, internal production, client/contractor satisfaction, and setting client expectations within all levels of the organization. Due to the tremendous volume and exclusive nature of this account; it demanded 12-16 hours a day almost 7 days a week.
Implemented a delivery schedule to grow our HIF (heads in field) from 40 to over 400 contractors in a little over 1 year while hitting over 121% (over 40 million in sales) of my gross profit target.
In less than 18 months my team placed over 900 contractors with TruePosition in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Saudi Arabia.
Lead a team of 7 recruiters, 3 contract recruiters, 3 Contractor Care Specialist, and 4 Sales Interns while reporting directly to the VP of Client Services.
On-going training for 9 new first-time Kineticom recruiters.
Assisted in the creation of a Contractor Care Specialist, Account Coordinator, and Sales Intern role to support our contractor base and internal functions.
