TruePosition is the world's largest company solely dedicated to the development and deployment of (Cingular and T-Mobile) E911 location infrastructure for the emergency services.
• I was in charge of every aspect of the account; including delivery, retention, internal production, client/contractor satisfaction, and setting client expectations within all levels of the organization. Due to the tremendous volume and exclusive nature of this account; it demanded 12-16 hours a day almost 7 days a week.
• Implemented a delivery schedule to grow our HIF (heads in field) from 40 to over 400 contractors in a little over 1 year while hitting over 121% (over 40 million in sales) of my gross profit target.
• In less than 18 months my team placed over 900 contractors with TruePosition in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Saudi Arabia.
