As an Executive Director for The Schulich School of Business of York University, a premier global business school, Joseph is the main corporate, government and organizational relationship executive next to the Dean of the school. Joseph develops on a global basis, new relationships and cultivates existing relationships with diverse firms at the most senior strategic, operational and human resource areas. Joseph helps the school fundraise, develop strategic partnerships and offer talent solutions that attract, retain and develop leadership. Joseph has 27+ years of diverse business experience and has held Executive Board positions for 12 years. Joseph acts as a spokesperson and enthusiastic ambassador for the Schulich School of Business and The United Way and loves both media and the podium. Joseph is also the CEO of the America’s division for one of India’s largest, independent and most prestigious Executive Search firms.

A passionate life-long learner, Joseph obtained a marketing degree from York University, a CMA designation, and his MBA from The Schulich School of Business. Joseph has recently completed certificates in: CEO and HR Alliance (Harvard) and Strategic Decision Making and HR (Wharton). Joseph is certified in both Business Career Assessment & Counseling and Emotional Intelligence (EQi) Testing and Facilitation.

Joseph is the Chairman of the Board for United Way Peel Region, member of the Campaign Cabinet and Governance Committee. He determines strategic direction, raises funds, speaks and advocates on behalf of UW and funding of social programs and evaluates UWPR’s CEO.
