Recruiting efforts have supported sixteen co-locations comprised of 800 full-time and 650 contract employees.
Recruiting disciplines: Technology and Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and SEO/SEM. Offer secondary support to Supply Chain, Accounting and Marketing.
Provide all CTO and VP sourcing. Have recruited their eCommerce Platform, BI and Big Data Architects, Team Lead PhD-Data Scientist, Test Automation, Mobile and Software/Systems Engineers.
Established the Gifts.com acquisition recruiting process and hiring strategy. Personally identified the teams leads hired to re-architect the new online ecommerce platform.
